The 01M22 non-woven abrasive brush is designed for controlled pre-polishing, light deburring, and satin surface conditioning. Comparable fleece brush guidance supports use on precious metals, composites, acrylics, and thermoforming films, with no added polishing paste required. A typical laboratory speed range is 5,000-6,000 rpm, with a 10,000 rpm maximum in MEISINGER fleece-brush guidance. Select the color and grade by the desired aggressiveness, then follow with a natural hair, leather, or cotton carrier for higher gloss.
