The 04D12 bristle brush uses stiff natural Chungking bristles for pre-polishing before the final gloss stage. MEISINGER guidance highlights hard Chungking bristles for precious metals, non-precious metals, model casting alloys, composites, acrylics, and titanium, while dental-lab sources also use Chungking brushes on ceramic and zirconia frameworks. Work around 5,000-6,000 rpm as a controlled polishing range; similar 22 mm Chungking brushes are listed with a 10,000 rpm maximum. Use with polishing paste when the lab needs a firmer brush than goat or pony hair.
