The 01Fr22 brush combines goat hair with a chamois-style carrier, giving the brush more capacity to hold polishing compound during fine finishing. Use it for dental lab high-gloss work on precious and non-precious metals, composites, acrylics, titanium, and ceramic restorations such as porcelain, zirconia, and lithium disilicate. General goat-hair brush guidance supports 5,000-6,000 rpm as a working range; comparable mounted goat-hair brushes are rated up to 16,000 rpm, while chamois carriers are usually used with light pressure and paste. This is a finishing brush, not an aggressive cutting tool, so it should follow contouring or abrasive pre-polishing steps.
